We have an exciting opportunity for a perminent Full-Time Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at our manufacturing site at Berkeley Vale, 2261.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Site Human Resources Business Partner, the purpose of this position is to provide site-wide training and development support to the manufacturing and logistics teams (approximately 70% of the time). In addition, the successful applicant will be required to assist with other HR-related activities as required e.g. Recruitment or other HR activities (approximately 30% of the time).

Key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
Provide Learning & Development advice to employees and business leaders at all levels.
- Develop and facilitate training as needed by department leaders.
- Develop, review and update training competency and assessment documents.
- Schedule training with external providers, coordinate staff participation and onsite resources for training.
- Participate in training audits and highlight training compliance to standards.
- Facilitate and maintain the employee induction and onboarding process.
- Support the integration of existing training records into new Learning Management System.
- Conduct end to end recruitment and other HR activities as required.

**About You**
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training & Assessment essential
- Experience developing competency assessment documentation
- Experience with Learning Management System(s)
- Experience developing and facilitating group competency based training
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoys compliance-focused training activities
- Degree in Human Resources advantageous but not essential
