**The opportunity**:

Our brand is known for their fast paced, especially in this location being connected to their head office. This store shows off everything this brand has to offer. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 30 sales associates along with 2 other managers (the dream team)

**What's required for this role**:

- Someone who has passion for achieving success and creating a winning culture with proven ability in how to suceed. Also willing to bring the energy to motivate their colleagues to get involved.
- With it being one of the busiest outlet store, there is lots of stock flowing in and out of the store. This is a key aspect to the role, being able to ensure the stock output meets the customer demands.
- Upkeeping the stores visual standards to company expectations though exceptional presentation and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.

**A bit about you**:

- Previous retail management experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager role.
- The abilty to manage day to day operationals tasks including KPI reporting, back of house needs and visual merchandising.
- Excpeptional communication skills not only with your superiors, but with your team to ensure smooth operations of the store.
