Ecommerce Warehouse Manager

**About Us**

Nudie Glow is a fast-growing beauty e-commerce business specialising in Korean & Australian beauty.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to join our team, who can oversee and maintain the daily operations of our warehouse based in Moorabbin VIC.

**The Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the entire warehouse facility with a focus on daily order fulfilment, the optimisation of our fulfilment & receiving processes and the highest safety standards. You will be hands on with the daily dispatch of orders, inventory management, and providing exceptional service for our customers. You’ll build & lead a team as we continue to grow.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Oversee and maintain the daily operations of a highly organised and efficient warehouse.
- Management of daily order fulfilment (including picking and packing orders), returns, inbound stock, stock storage & replenishment, stocktaking.
- Develop efficient and accurate goods-in and replenishment processes.
- Manage replenishment processes for all packaging supplies.
- Provide high levels of accuracy with the inventory management system and commitment to service quality. Overall responsibility for the movement and accuracy of inventory.
- Achieve industry leading shipping cut-off times for order dispatch, whilst maintaining strong relationships with our freight partners.
- Track, maintain and improve DIFOT.
- Work closely with the customer support team to resolve customer order issues.
- Assist in recruiting and training all casual staff.
- Manage the roster, attendance, punctuality, overall performance, and culture of warehouse team.
- Ensure the warehouse is compliant to all workplace safety requirements, develop and maintain safety management systems, OH&S policies.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean & tidy at all times
- 1+ years experience in a warehouse role.
- Experience with WMS and Shopify is highly regarded.
- Experience in unloading containers and handling pallets of goods.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in a written and verbal format.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- You’re a tech savvy, with an innate love for problem solving, accuracy and efficiency.
- Be reliable, honest and hardworking.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Able to build, lead and inspire a high performing team.

**Employment Type**

Full time position. Immediate start available.
