**The Role**

This is an incredible opportunity for a duty manager/supervisor to learn from a team of passionate hospitality professionals. We seek Hospitality Leaders who are committed to embedding themselves in the team and venue, authentically connecting with our community and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exemplary Guest Experience Delivery**: Understand how to offer a warm, welcoming service with a casual, yet knowledgeable and professional execution.
- **Leadership and Coaching**: Lead and coach a diverse team, fostering a culture that is guest-focused, community-led, and sales-driven.
- **Financial Acumen**: Drive the financial results of the department. Be sales-focused, and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives, with proven management of financial controls.
- **Passion for Product**: Support our extraordinary chefs, ensuring you and your team have thorough knowledge of our offerings.
- **Healthy Work Environment**: Establish a workplace that is enjoyable, educational, results-focused, and respectful.

**Seafire Requirements**:

- Australian residency.
- A minimum of two years of managerial experience
- Strong verbal English skills.
- High personal grooming standards.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, exercise common sense, and be a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A great memory for faces.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, share, and participate.
- A love for food and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Understanding of hospitality cost control measures.
- Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current RSA Certificate and RP badge.
- Customer-focused with proven customer service experience.
- Comfortable with reporting on daily operations.
- Strong team-building and delegation skills.
- Experience with SevenRooms or another online reservation platform.

**Salary**: $53,368.25 - $77,768.03 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
