- We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to partner with key stakeholders and manage an array of tasks as part of the HR life cycle.
You will have a thirst for embedding best practice, inspiring your national client groups to hire diversely, lead with respect, and promote a performance led culture. You will partner with a diverse client group, requiring your expertise to assist them navigate the people elements of Employment Services. Situated in our Burwood East National Office, our team supports our sites to nationally deliver a high quality, customer-centric service to our participants.

About the role:
- Be responsible for servicing and supporting two client groups one Workforce Australia region and Allied Health with end-to-end HR advice
- Provide advice and assistance to managers in the resolution of team issues, and triaging issues including performance management, grievances, non-serious misconduct investigations and role changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with frontline managers, payroll, and other members of the TSA HR team to ensure consistent delivery of HR support which meets the needs of the specific client groups.
- Be an advocate for an excellent service experience and look for opportunities to improve systems, policies and processes to improve efficiency and Worker / Manager experience.- Manage the end-to-end background check process (including police check, WWCC and finance check), as per TSA policies and procedures, and relevant state legislation, including risk assessment as needed.- Assist the recruitment team and managers with recruitment tasks as needed throughout the recruitment life cycle, from raising requisitions through to the offer process.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
