Presbyterian Ladies' College (PLC) Melbourne is a leading ELC-Year 12 Christian independent school for girls offering both the VCE and International Baccalaureate. **The Role**

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a broad range of HR operations - from onboarding, to performance management, ER / IR, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding.

**About You**

You will have a positive, timely, customer service approach and well-developed HR advisory skills to support stakeholder groups across the School - including School Executive, Leaders and a broad range of teaching and general staff.
