Property Asset Manager

**The role**:
We are seeking a Property Asset Manager for one of our well-esteemed clients. You will deliver operational excellence to this exciting portfolio of both owned and leased premises across Victoria.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Manage owned properties and leased premises in Victoria
Resolve landlord/tenant disputes
Provide market trend analysis
Ensure compliance with landlord obligations
Prepare property asset plans
Review incentives and manage outgoings
Support property valuation processes
Maintain occupancy agreements
Conduct site inspections
Manage bi-annual market rent reviews

**Requirements**:
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or equivalent will be an added advantage
3+ years of experience in property transactions
Ability to handle complex issues under tight operational deadlines
Goal-oriented with strong performance focus
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
