**About the role**

**Responsibility**
- Serve as the key facilitator in the establishment of a fully dedicated Accounts Payable (AP) team within the Group’s Accounting & Finance Department.
- Supervise and manage a team of AP clerks to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group’s daily AP functions.
- Optimize the information collection process, acting as a primary interface with various stakeholders for accounting and reporting purposes.
- Participate in the accounting, reporting, and analysis processes by providing quality insights regarding corporate spending.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, with a current role as or progression towards a Senior Accountant position.
- Experience in managing small teams is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
- Exposure to AFSL, trading platforms, financial services, or fund management is beneficial.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
