Family Response Facilitator

**The Role**

Our Family and Child Connect program has an opportunity for a motivated and passionate Family Response Facilitator to join the team. Located in Toowoomba this is a Permanent Full-time position.

This position provides quality service delivery to children, young people, families and the community within the Family and Child Connect Service (FaCC). You will be required to provide services to the wider Brisbane region and beyond, the Family and Child Connect team engage with families and a wide variety of service providers to facilitate vital connections to supports for those families in our communities.

This position offers a competitive salary of $70,682 to $77,578 plus superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience). You will also have the opportunity to increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits (more information below).

**To be eligible for this position you will require**:

- 3 or 4 year tertiary qualification in Child Protection, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
- Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or Open Driver Licence.
- A positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and the ability to obtain any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
- Evidence of current vaccination against Whooping Cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, unless applicable exemption provided as per the relevant MC procedure.
