**Your new role**
Your new role as a Learning Designer is in charge of learning design projects that are in line with best practise learning principles and makes use of technology to maximise the organization's overall capacity for learning. The team is managed by the specialised learning design, which draws on expert design expertise and knowledge to provide global and regional training programmes that are efficient and interesting. In order to direct the organisation towards the best and most efficient learning solution, the specialist in learning design participates in important decision-making processes as a department representative.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you will have the following:

- Specialist knowledge in respect of training design, training delivery, and relevant learning or business technology
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a balance between current and future priorities
- Strong project and vendor management skills
- Communicates effectively with key stakeholders
- Influences and negotiate positive project outcomes
- A degree or qualification in a related field
