- $102,506 - $110,061 (G07) per annum, plus 17% superannuation

We’re looking for a **passionate Learning Designer** who can help create **engaging, culturally relevant learning experiences** that blend **traditional knowledge** with modern conservation and land management practices.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Working with First Nations Elders, rangers, and educators**to create engaging and culturally safe learning content.
- **Designing hands-on, land-based learning experiences** that blend **traditional and contemporary land management knowledge**.
- **Supporting First Nations learners** by ensuring cultural perspectives are at the heart of the curriculum.
- **Encouraging active, interactive, and on-Country learning** through innovative teaching methods.
- **Advising on digital learning tools** to enhance the student experience.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who:

- Has a **postgraduate qualification in education** or equivalent experience.
- Has **experience in curriculum design** and loves finding creative ways to engage students.
- Is **passionate about First Nations knowledge and land management**.
- Has strong relationships with First Nations communities and values **Elder-led learning**.
- Thrives in a **collaborative, team-focused** environment.
