As a Casual Youth Worker, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing at-risk youth, helping them overcome challenges and chart their unique paths towards success. By offering assertive and intensive support, you'll empower them to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A Certificate IV in Youth Work or Community Services, or extensive work-related experience
- Proven expertise in working with and engaging at-risk youth
- Ability to develop and lead proactive social and recreational activity programs that genuinely captivate young hearts and minds
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Holding or willingness to obtain a Working with Children's Check and National Police Clearance
