Kinexus Defence Services is Australia's leading Defence recruitment solutions organisation catering to multiple ADF clients. We are currently seeking an ILS Manager with strong experience in Defence to work on a 5-year sustainment project within the ADF. The ILS Manager will manage the ILS activities supporting the Project Manager including maintaining ILS plans, sustaining aspects of materiel logistics, monitor and evaluate ILS performance and develop strong relationships with project stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

The ILS Manager supports the ILSM activities associated with the client's Narrowband Communications Capability project catering to the ADF. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Overseeing the development, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of the ILS management system.
- Coordinate and perform compliance activities that support the acquisition and sustainment of materiel in accordance with ADF requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key project stakeholders including project leads, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and other various ADF stakeholders.
- Monitor, review, and report on performance, identifying early warning signs and potential opportunities.
- Provide professional expertise and guidance for business growth and sustainment.
- Provide draft content and monitor ILS input in response to ASDEFCON framework tenders.
- Provide professional ILS advisory services regarding the acquisition and sustainment of hardware.
- Comply with security procedures regarding client sites.

**Required knowledge**
- Strong ILS knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience implementing the FRACAS process.
- Knowledge and experience implementing the RAMS parameters.
- Experience in ASDEFCON frameworks.

**Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Defence Clearance**
