Implementation Consultant/Project manager

Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a passion for technology and a talent for guiding clients through complex projects? We're looking for a multifaceted Project Manager and Implementation Consultant to join our team at Clintel. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge healthcare software and our customers, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.

You'll lead projects from start to finish, manage timelines, and provide expert training. Your day-to-day will involve everything from business analysis to hands-on software configuration, all with the goal of helping our clients succeed. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical skills and project management expertise to make a real impact on our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, ensuring they stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to empower new customers.
  • Perform business analysis to understand client needs and configure our software to their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like QA, Dev and Sales to improve our product and services.
  • Document technical processes and create a knowledge base to streamline future implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical implementation or support role, with a strong preference for experience in
    health informatics

.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT project management.
- A solid understanding of software applications and technical concepts; experience with the
Agile framework

is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- A proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
