**About You**:
**To succeed in this role, you’ll have**:
- Auslan skills essential
- Experience working with deaf and hard of hearing people _(desirable), _it would also be advantageous if you have experience with behaviour support and working with deafblind individuals
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or another relevant qualification, or you have plans to get this in the future
- Ability to work flexible shifts
**Before you start, you’ll need**:
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation course
- Current Driver Licence + reliable car
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (mandated)
