**About our role**

As a Junior Social Media Producer, you’ll help create engaging and fun content that represents the BINGE brand across our social media channels. Working closely with the Head of Social and the Marketing Team, you’ll bring your creativity and enthusiasm for entertainment to help grow our audience and spark conversations online.

+ Plan, produce, and edit thumb-stopping content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube, tailored to each platform’s nuances.

+ Assist in planning, creating, and editing engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

+ Help monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the BINGE community to foster positive relationships.

+ Keep up with social media trends, pop culture, and viral content ideas to help ensure BINGE remains fresh and relevant.

+ Support the execution of campaigns for new releases, original content, special features, and brand initiatives.

+ Track basic performance metrics to understand what’s working and provide suggestions for improvement.

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**

+ 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field. (Internships or freelance work also count)

+ A proactive attitude with a desire to grow, adapt, and embrace new skills and tools in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

+ A keen eye for visuals and storytelling, with the ability to produce fun, attention-grabbing social media content.

+ Passion for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a solid understanding of what resonates on each.

+ Basic video editing and graphic design using Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop etc. (Advantageous if you also have experience with social media analytical tools like Hootsuite)

+ A team player who can collaborate with teammates and is open to feedback.

+ Love of movies, TV shows, and pop culture, and ready to channel that excitement into creative content.
