**About the role**

Due to continual growth, we are on the lookout for a highly capable Project Administration Assistant to join our talented Planet Plumbing QLD team in Hemmant.

The Project Administration Assistant provides generalist support across the team to ensure the provision of core Operational functions are delivered in a consistent and professional manner that strives to maximize productivity.

Working closely with our site team and project manager, you will be a main point of contact to assist the project manager resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions, and ensure that all project documentation is actioned and up to date.

**What you'll do**
- Receive and act on instructions from the Project Management Team, State Manager, and Site Managers in a timely manner
- Assist with the completion of project and other related documentation, such as material registers, variations, certificates of compliance, etc, and ensuring accuracy of information
- Assist with Site Safety Documentation and upload electronic copies to company server
- Coordinate and maintain project progress trackers and schedules
- Assist Project Manager in the review of subcontractor quotations, and other related tasks, such as subcontractor claims, maintaining communication with subcontractors, etc.
- General office administration duties

- Construction experience, ideally with Tier 1 commercial projects
