**Your new role**

In this role, you’ll offer administrative and clerical support, as well as assist with general project tasks for project team members - both office-based and site-based. Additionally, you’ll be the primary point of contact for all guests visiting our site.

Supporting the Senior Project Manager and project team, your responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Client & Guest Service Delivery
- Effectively manage the Project Team Administrative Tasks
- Maintain and manage the site office maintenance system
- Quality Control

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible and passionate. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Previous experience in administration or similar
- Valid Driver's Licence in South Australia
