The OT team builds, support and maintains the energy management system which is growing rapidly to support SA’s renewable energy growth. The engineering team builds, operates and supports the systems which monitor and control the network, and is building rapidly with latest technology to support a reliable, sustainable energy system for the future.

You will:

- Coordinate, plan and assist with task management and resource planning using MS Project, JIRA and agile project management principles.
- Work with a range of stakeholders in addition to the OT team, including project managers and controllers, developing timelines of work, gathering cost estimations and monitoring planning cycles.
- Be involved in planning sessions and guide continuous improvement opportunities to ensure efficient activities and mitigating risk.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Be experienced in the project management delivery space.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Be disciplined, have great attention to detail and ability to organise multiple concurrent activities efficiently.

- Be able to work with a broad range of individuals and the confidence to suggest continuous improvements so the team can work more efficiently.

At ElectraNet, we believe that transferable skills, attitude, and value alignment are equally important for success in our company. That’s why we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet every job criterion. Your lived experience and skills could be the key to unlocking your potential with us.

We’re looking for individuals who:

- Bring unique perspective and fresh ideas to the table.
- Are adaptable and eager to learn new things.
- Demonstrate a disciplined work ethic and supportive of their team.
