**About the role**
The Practice Lead, Customer Feedback provides effective supervision and support to a dedicated team of Customer Service Officers, to ensure a timely, accessible and quality customer focused services is provided to the public (and internal and external stakeholders).

The role will be responsible for the preparation and oversight of high-level reports, assessment of complaints, internal reviews, support and advice to internal staff, delivering high quality resolution practices whilst strengthening support systems across educational settings.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Feedback, the Practice Lead will play a part in shaping and implementing actionable strategies that align with the directorates priorities and drive continuous service improvement.

**Qualifications**
**Essential**: Nil
**Desirable**: A degree in education, public policy, social science, counselling, mediation or equivalent experience.
Leadership experience within a school environment.

**Special conditions**
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**
ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
