Cafe Manager

**Cafe Manager for our much loved fish and chip shop at Graceville.**

We are a small Fish and Chip Shop specialising in AMAZING cooked and fresh seafood, fish and chips, the best burgers and more

We are OPEN for service Tuesday - Saturday 4-8pm (with lunch from 12pm Fridays). CLOSED Sunday and Mondays. While we are looking for someone for a Full Time Positon (34-38 +hrs per week) we are more than happy to work around less h ours for the right person.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Supervision and management of the day to day operation of the shop;
- Rostering;
- Training of new and existing staff to maintain the high standards expected from our business;
- Ordering and stock rotation;
- Helping lead the team in a positive and proactive manner.
- Some help with food prep and general cleaning.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A bright, outgoing personality who can lead and work well as part of a team;
- An ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Afternoon / Night availability Tuesday to Saturday.
- Experience in a similar service industry, or a willingness to jump in.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
