We're on the lookout for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our friendly team and keep things running smoothly at our much love fish & chip shop - three girls fishing - Graceville

The role

  • Help lead a small, energetic team with care and confidence
  • Deliver great customer service, every shift
  • Jump in wherever needed – counter, fryer, floor
  • Help keep the shop clean, organised, and humming
  • Create a positive environment for staff and customers alike

Hours

  • Tues–Sat: 2 PM – 9 PM
  • Friday: 11 AM – 9 PM
  • Sunday & Monday: Closed

What we're looking for

  • Previous leadership or supervisor experience (hospitality a plus)
  • Calm under pressure with a lead-by-example approach
  • Reliable, organised, and people-focused
