I'm working for one of Australia's leading family owned wine groups, founded over 25 years ago, they attract customers from all across the globe.

This will see you
- Delivering growth across their DTC channels powered by CRM, engagement and loyalty across their 4 brands

Strategise, develop and improve their loyalty programs and initiatives (including subscription)

Leverage their extensive database to drive retention and re-engagement

Carry out test and learn to try new approaches

Deep dive into customer behaviour and customer segments to deliver personalised customer journeys

Collaborate with Brand managers, designers and internal teams to ensure brand guidelines and alignment is achieved

Support the wider team including the brand, digital media and website

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Hands on knowledge of Infusionsoft or other enterprise CRMs (e.g. SFMC, Marketo etc)

Proven success of understanding the customer journey, customer pain points and analysing campaign performance

Able to deliver clear and sales driven strategies to build out the customer loyalty, re-engagement and lifecycle

Previous experience developing D2C Loyalty programs
