**The Position**

**St John of God Health Care **is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Foundation team. As a Finance Analyst, you will provide analytical expertise, technical accounting advice and you will work collaboratively with the Foundation and across the management team to share insights, knowledge and understanding in a way that helps enhance performance and outcomes.
- This position is offered on a 2 year fixed term part time basis working 45.6 hours a fortnight.
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Degree qualified, together with CA / CPA qualification.
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand customer needs to deliver their requirements.
- Proven Finance Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Experience in delivering budgets and forecasts within a large and complex organisation.
- Proven stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and flexible can do attitude with the ability to handle multiple activities.
- Practical and creative approaches to providing analysis and problem solving.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to extract, understand and use data, analyses management information and provide insight to enable fact based decisions.
- Strong computer skills.
