We’re looking for a **Finance Analyst - Reporting & Systems** to join our Finance team. Reporting to our Manager Reporting & Systems this role will support our finance systems and data integrity. - 12-month fixed-term contract role due to project requirements
- Working full-time hours based in our Perth office (located in West Perth from January)
- Flexible working arrangements fully supported, including opportunity to work from home / remotely

**About the role**

You will be responsible for the integration and maintenance of finance systems and data, troubleshoot any challenges that appear and partner with our IT teams to ensure continued reliability.

You will support on optimising finance systems and data across the Finance team as a key enabler of the Finance strategy to drive automation and insights and help drive project delivery for changes to finance systems and data. Duties will also include:

- Play a key role in enabling, enhancing and maintaining finance and analytic capabilities of our ERP and associated finance systems.
- Ensuring appropriate financial controls related to the segregation of duties, security and financial controls of the ERP and associated finance systems, working closely with IT.
- Stewardship of the Chart of Accounts and system approver hierarchy
- Perform system administration tasks and provide system support and user training for our Finance systems and self-service reporting tools.
- Being the key interface between Finance and ICT and our external finance system partners.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
- Solid experience in business accounting with financial and non-financial reporting and some financial analysis.
- Solid experience with supporting ERP systems from a reporting and data integrity management perspective.
- Understanding of data management and database skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Macros, VBA etc)
- Also desirable, but not essential: exposure to ERPs in other organisations, such as Epicor; and experience working in aged care or community care
