**Your new role**

The APS 5 role requires skilled Program Management Officers to assist with program delivery.

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Support students who have been affected by unexpected closures of education providers and courses
- Contribute to operational program and case management functions including but not limited to stakeholder enquiries, tuition financial assessments, and refund payments
- Communicate technical/program information through a variety of mediums (written, oral, visual), providing regular program reporting and utilising appropriate record keeping practices
- Contribute to financial tracking, reporting and analysis activities, and working closely with other team members
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Capacity to engage with complex issues, provide recommendations and display sound judgement and interpersonal skills
- Exercise judgement, operate independently and understand the impact of the wider environment on your own work and team objectives

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally need to have demonstrated experience at the APS5 level. Experience in high level Administration, Program and/or related field will be required. You will also need to show initiative to identify alternative courses of action and tailor communication style and language according to the audience's level of knowledge, skill, and experience.

You must be an Australian citizen and ideally hold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance of be willing to obtain and maintain.
