**Enabling our teams**

Our People ops team are passionate about enabling our teams to do their best work, feel supported, and thrive. As our HR Operations Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people, process, and compliance, as we take our effortless Aussie lifestyle to the globe.

**The role**:

- Enable our employee life cycle from on boarding to off boarding and everything in between.
- Partner with leaders across the world to streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience.
- Ensure we are always compliant with global legislation and our systems and processes up-to-date, and ready for what’s next.
- Work on exciting people projects that make a real impact on our people and culture.

**You are**:

- Solid HR experience, a bonus if you have worked across HRIS roll-out/ optimisation, policy, and compliance.
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
- Someone who loves processes but keeps the genuine care of our people at the heart of them.
- A natural communicator who can build trust with teams at all levels.
