We are looking for an experienced and relationship focused human resources professional to play a key role in supporting the business to drive high performance and build workforce capability.

With portfolio ownership, you’ll partner with the business to understand and support business objectives and priorities, implementing our People Strategy to build our people capability.

You’ll coach and support the business in leading and managing their people through a broad range of human resources areas, while building strong relationships with employees throughout your portfolio to support their individual and team needs.

With the courage to challenge the status quo, you will drive partnerships, build on already strong relationships between the People team and the business, provide guidance to people leaders is timely, informed and tailored to individual circumstances.

**About you**

With excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, you can influence and engage others, building rapport with ease, leading to strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.

You’re flexible to respond to changing priorities and needs, while being comfortable to work with ambiguity.

Experienced in the full employment life cycle, you have a passion for getting things right the first time and delivering exceptional customer service. Your qualifications in human resources will be put to the test as you play a pivotal strategic role across the business.

Above all else, you like to have fun, love being part of a team to deliver on organisation goals.
