Construction Project Manager

Client-Side Role | Mixed Portfolio of Property Development / Construction Projects

GH Properties is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their small team acting as either the client's superintendent where we are the developer only, or project manager (construction) where we are taking on the development and construction role. Our development projects range from a large scale multi-million refurbishment residential extension, low rise luxury residential apartments, high rise commercial BTR project, and development of a luxury 5 star branded accommodation hotel at out Noosa Springs Golf and Spa Resort.

This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, hands-on team at a critical stage of growth and contribute to the successful delivery of several landmark projects. The successful candidate could support multiple developments in the early phases or take ownership of a single project as it moves into the delivery phase.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will represent the client/developer in all aspects of project lifecycle management—from planning and procurement through to construction and handover—across a diverse portfolio of high-value developments. You will act as the key link between consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and investors, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

This client-side role provides both strategic input and hands-on involvement in the planning and execution of premium developments.

Key Responsibilities


• Support several pipeline development projects during the early phases, including planning approvals, design coordination, and contractor engagement.


• Progressively assume full project ownership for one major development through to completion.


• Coordinate consultants, construction teams, and key stakeholders to drive timely project delivery.


• Administer contracts, manage procurement, and oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance.


• Implement risk management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.


• Deliver clear and regular reporting to senior management and investor stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:


• A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering large-scale, multi-storey construction projects—preferably in a client-side or development management context.


• Formal qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.


• Solid knowledge of Queensland construction and development regulations and good commercial acumen.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a small, high-performing team.
