Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in management right business (permanent letting )
Hold a current Licence in Qld.

Experience with Property Management System. eg Property Me or Sherlock
Well-presented and organised, able to plan ahead for the next task
A Positive "Can Do" Attitude
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and customer service

Skill to build good committee relationships.
Be reliable, motivated, and confidence

Roles and Responsibilities:
Routine and entry/exit inspections.
Arrange repair/maintenance.
Liaising with owners and tenant
Coordinate exit cleaning with bond cleaners.
Rental Marketing.
Trust Accounting
End of the Month
Build community relationships.
Plan and manage daily routine to ensure the complex is well maintained and presentable.
Liaising with contractors to maintain the common area of the complex
Record keeping for all daily routine duties.
Make sure the office operates during office hours and is contactable after hours.
Liaising with landlords and monthly/quarterly newsletter for complex/property updates.
Live onsite and keep monitor any unusual activities and ensure complex security.
Work with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the business
Inventory/stock check and raise purchase order as necessary to ensure business operation.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $149,000.00 per year
