**Position Summary**

As a DevOps Release Manager your work revolves around managing the software delivery lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring reliable and efficient releases. This includes tasks like release planning, coordination, deployment, monitoring, and stakeholder communication. You will own the process of planning, coordinating and deploying software releases to production environments.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Relevant experience of 8+ years in on Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery.
- 5+ Years in Salesforce Specific end to end Devops implementation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Deployment tools like Azure, Gearset, Copado, Flosum, Auto-rabbit.
- Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.
- Salesforce Admin Certified.
- Copado Admin Certified
- Flosum Certified professional
- Microsoft ( AZ-900 ) Azure Fundamentals Certification
- Good Knowledge of Version Control System.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Setup the Release Pipelines, Deployment Cycle.
- Managing Build and Test Environment.
- Maintain the Version Control System
- Purpose and Design the Branching and Org Strategy.
- Track and maintain the analysis on Releases, Build Stats, Number of repeated deployments.
- Able to Perform Salesforce Pre/ Post Deployment steps activity.
- Onbording the Development team in to the Devops process, provide training, Document, guidelines and Support for Devops Tools usage.
- Troubleshoot and address any issue raised after deployment

**Qualifications/Certifications (Optional)**:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.
- Devops Tools Certifications
- Microsoft AZ-900 Certification.

**Salary Range: >**$100,000
