Tandem Partners is proud to be partnering with Golf Australia the PGA of Australia for the recruitment of their Head of People & Culture, based at Australian Golf Centre, Sandringham.
Golf Australia and the PGA of Australia have released the Australian Golf Strategy, providing strong mandate to collaborate and align to grow the game of golf to maximise the benefits the sport provides to current and future golfers, golf facilities and the Australian community.
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for providing People & Culture leadership and support to a varied group of internal stakeholders across Australia.
You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders in all people-related matters, a key contributor to and ambassador for the Australian Golf strategy, and a change agent, driving aligned organisational culture and values.
Collaborating closely with leadership, you will manage a team of three and oversee the full HR remit including strategy and organisational development, values and inclusion, talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, policies and procedures and other people related projects.
