**About the organisation**

**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer & working closely alongside the wider executive team, this is a pivotal role within the organisation.

As the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for for the delivery of the HR strategy, in the form of strategic direction and operational support to provide advice, support and assistance across the full range of HR functions including: workforce planning & recruitment, industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, training & development, safety and organisational change.

**Key selection criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- 4-5 years+ experience working across multiple disciplines of Human Resources & People & Culture
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related legislation; Social Community, Home care, Aged Care and Disability Service Industry Award interpretation
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation including OHS, Fairwork and Worksafe
- Strong business writing skills with experience developing and implementing HR documentation including workplace policies and procedures
