**About the Role**:

- Be the first point of contact for customer service inquiries
- Provide great customer experience offerings
- Resolving costing discrepancies, and systemising projects with ease and efficiency for all stakeholders involved
- Solving the one-off problems that arise on a day to day basis with real care is the focus of this position
- General Ad Hoc duties

**Essential skills & competencies**:

- Contact Centre experience is preferred
- A strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Have a true passion for delivering customer service excellence
- An ability to work with defined KPI’s
- Possess a confident, engaging approach
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
- Top performing can do attitude
