**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A casual role, 3 days per week (which includes some Saturdays), with the ability to increase as required. This role would suit an individual with a strong work ethic who has a willingness to learn.

Excellent customer service experience is required as you will be front of house and first point of contact for all of our patients, as well as capable to build a rapport with our long standing and new clients.

**Key roles & responsibilities**
- Reception and appointment book management
- Attend to our patients needs assisting them to find the product that suits their lifestyle and personality
- Maintaining and exception practice appearance

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**The successful person will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Excellent customer service and / retail background
- Ability to build rapport
- A team player
- Great attitude
- Optical background desirable, but not essential
