Part Time and Full Time Contact Centre Consultants Wanted
Are you someone who thrives on providing exceptional service? Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Join us as a Contact Centre Consultant and become an integral part of our dynamic team.

**About the role**:

- Part-time Position - MUST be able to work Mondays with other days flexible. Minimum 22 hours per week over 3 days.
- Full-time Position - Monday to Friday 38 hours per week, rostered shifts.
- Take inbound calls and deliver top-notch customer service to both existing and potential customers.
- Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.
- Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases.
- Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.
