This position is well suited for Individuals seeking employment with an innovative company to oversee the setting up and managing Brand-new-Respite, SDA,SIL, STA, MTA multiple houses in South East Suburbs of Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in setting up new (SIL) homes and SIL participants as needed

Strong Referral connections including referrals direct from participants/carers or guardians, support coordinators and other businesses maintaining strong relationships

Help and Promote (SIL) Vacancies

Lead and manage a team of support staff, including regular onsite supervision

To drive new business and growth

Market Knowledge

Always ensure organisational compliance, in-line with industry and organisational policies and procedures.

Promoting the business and seeking new clients, networking

Monitor and ensure Support services are delivered with allocated budget

Key requirements:
Two years experience in the disability sector, specifically in roles such as team Leader within a group home setting or management position

Excellent problem-solving and initiative, the ability to be flexible in thinking

Essential experience in managing interactions with families and relatives of the participants

Ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations

Sound understanding of NDIS price guide, completing schedule of support agreements and tenancy agreements.

Mandatory Qualifications for this role:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Current Driver’s Licence

Working with Children check

Current police check

Disability Qualification

Experience as Team leader or similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
