**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Public Sector People (PSP) is inviting Property Officers to join this Local Council on an 12- Month Part Time Contract

- **Duration: 12-Months**:
- **$45 - $60/Hour + Super**
**WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER**
- Manage the delivery of land transfers and easement negotiations, resumptions, legal documentation including tenure agreements, contracts and tenders and ensure that complies with Council’s policies and procedures and operates within the legislative requirements.
- EOI for leasing and licensing of community facilities
- Analyse and provide strategic and technical advice on reports as they relate to leading, acquisition of land and easements, resumptions and realignments, legislation and policy.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customer, tenants, state government authorities and industry professionals, to deliver viable, sustainable and effective outcomes.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Previous experience in **Government/Education/NFP** industry
- Qualifications in Property Management, Real Estate or property related discipline or equivalent experience.
