**We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Collections team. In this role, you will be doing the following**:

- Collecting, receipting and managing payments
- Reconciliations, debt management and business partnering
- Raise customer invoices and relevant billing tasks
- Answering inbound calls related to customer accounts
- Excel work (Pivot & VLookup)

**About You**
- **Experience working in a fast-paced Administration environment and ability to multi-task (essential)**:

- **Proven experience working in Accounts Receivable (essential)**:

- **Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)**:

- **Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with our Elderly clients**:

- **A strong interest in Accounting and a genuine love for working with numbers**:

- Experience processing a high volume of work whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and can use your initiative working autonomously
- A positive mind set and flexible approach to work and tackling issues
