We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Methodology Coach **to help train the Assessment Team in the underlying methodology and processes that are applied in the remediation of customers who have received inappropriate advice or service.

This role operates collaboratively with the CRI Leadership Team, and draws upon expertise as required to plan, initiate and ultimately close the project. The role operates within existing CRI management operating procedures and decision-making regimes and engages appropriate stakeholders accordingly.

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensuring all Methodology changes are communicated to the relevant stakeholders involved.
- Undertaking training with the Assessment Team to ensure consistency occurs across the program.
- Maintaining and take responsibility for the continuous improvement of all methodology-related documentation and collateral.
- Assisting with ongoing development and continuous improvement of all assessment-related collateral.
- Assist with facilitating further learning and development for the Assessment team so blockages are reduced, and training needs are met and maintained.
- Develop, maintain and improve the assessment guidelines, methodology, processes and tools that underpin and facilitate the identification of inappropriate advice and adviser conduct.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Advice, preferably including Remediation and Investigations
- Diploma of Financial Planning / Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146)
- Continuous improvement and innovation skills to improve the efficiency and quality of existing processes and systems.
- Ability to review advice decisions based on file documentation and supporting information and form a determination of appropriate or inappropriate advice.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, engage and inspire others.
