Professional Bull Riders (PBR) is the world’s premier bull riding organisation began as a dream of 20 bull riders 24 years ago and is now a global sports phenomenon available in more than 400 million homes. On its elite PBR 25th Anniversary Tour, the organization features the top 35 bull riders in the world and the top bulls in the business. The televised PBR 25th Anniversary Tour, along with the PBR Real Time Pain Relief Velocity Tour (RVT), the PBR Touring Pro Division (TPD) and the PBR’s international circuits in Australia, Brazil, Canada and Mexico have paid nearly $184 million in earnings to its athletes. Thirty bull riders have earned more than $1 million, including two-time PBR World Champion J.B. Mauney who has become the top-earning athlete in Western sports history with more than $7.2 million in career earnings. PBR is part of the Endeavor (formerly WME|IMG) network.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company that operates across sport, events and talent management. PBR has unique opportunity available for a sharp, pro-active and highly efficient Strategic Partnerships Manager to join.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Developing, creating and selling commercial programs, sponsorship opportunities, contra offers and other activities that increase the profitability of PBR
- Working with and assist the internal analytics and marketing teams to develop the deployment of ‘best practice’ across all sales presentations and pitches. This requires understanding and implementation of compelling, factual, tailored documents and multimedia presentations
- Preparing work-in-progress documentation, and capture and manage CRM activity
- Developing a meaningful presence in the corporate sponsorship landscape
- Assisting with Event Builds and Event Management
- Logistic Scheduling and Event Crew management
- Attending and looking after sponsors and partners at the Events

To be successful in this role you will:

- You will have 3+ years of experience in the advertising/sales & marketing/business development industry (ideally with a sport / media focus)
- Superior understanding of brand & communications / marketing mix and sponsorship market
- Ability to sell and marketing qualifications preferred - Exceptional written and oral communication / presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and follow-through capabilities
- Computer literacy for copywriting for presentations, spreadsheets, budgets and marketing reports
- Multi-tasking with exceptional organisation and high attention to detail
- Event management or understanding of the event industry is advantageous but not required
