As a **Strategic Partnerships Manager**, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships for both new and existing clients with a national portfolio of sites. You will play a pivotal role in embedding our customer focus through excellent client support, stakeholder engagement, and strategic business development initiatives. With a focus on Sydney and New South Wales, this role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in fitout, hospitality, retail, property design, or creative agency work into strategic partnerships.

**What your days will look like**:

- Grow revenue and manage key client partnerships, ensuring positive engagement and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion efforts to increase market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Champion customer intelligence through HubSpot, market research, and client feedback.
- Facilitate client meetings, business reviews, and provide performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support long-term partnerships.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Proven success in business development, stakeholder engagement, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and drive new opportunities.
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business growth.
