- ** Drive efficient cash flow**: Ensure timely and accurate collections to optimize cash flow and maintain strong financial health.
- ** Build strong relationships**: Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
- ** Proactively address disputes**: Identify and promptly resolve customer credit claims and disputes to minimize financial losses and maintain customer satisfaction.
- ** Ensure compliance**: Adhere to Sika Australia's Credit Control Policy to ensure consistent and effective practices.
- ** Optimize financial performance**: Verify settlement discounts and rebates, maintain accurate documentation, and calculate doubtful debts provision to maximize financial efficiency.
- ** Manage legal matters**: Oversee the legal process for overdue debts to protect company assets and maintain compliance.
- ** Assess creditworthiness**: Evaluate new customer creditworthiness to mitigate risk and ensure sustainable business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a financial role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP systems to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Actively pursuing a degree in Finance or a related field, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, resolve disputes, and effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- A confident and assertive personality with a proven ability to drive results and overcome challenges.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create complex spreadsheets, and support financial reporting.
