The City is seeking a Venue Supervisor to provide production, technical and venue services for events, functions and other activities at the Perth Town Hall. This position works with clients to support and ensure the smooth delivery of events, providing high quality customer service.

Reporting to the Team Leader Town Hall, this position will support the City by:

- Setting up and packing down furniture and equipment for a range of Town Hall events.
- Setting up and operating venue technical systems during events.
- Meeting with potential customers who wish to view the venue as required and providing information and advice on the venue, equipment, technical systems and services provided.
- Ensuring the care and proper use of the equipment and Hall where third-party contractors are engaged, and ensuring building cleanliness and accessibility.
- Ensuring safe and compliant work practices in accordance with the Work, Health and Safety Act (WHS) legislation as well as the City’s safe systems of work.

To be successful in this role you will be able to work effectively as part of a core team and in collaboration with City-wide teams, internal and external clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.
