**All about you**:

- At least 1 years' experience as a supervisor in a large, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Past experience in a similar role at premium casual restaurant will be highly regarded.
- Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
- A passion for the industry.
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
- A valid RSA

**Salary**: $67,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
