We are currently seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to join the team, responsible for driving the overall quality strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the technology organisation. They work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust quality assurance practices.

**What are we looking for?**

**Technical skills**:

- Typically 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience scripting test automation using Python, C#, Groovy, JavaScript or similar.
- Experience with Testing tools like SmartBear, TestComplete, Selenium, ReadyAPI, and various frameworks such as BDD, SpecFlow and data-driven.
- Experience with API testing using SoapUI or Postman.
- Experience with performance testing and tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Relevant degree qualifications and continuous professional development in quality engineering and testing.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
- Performance, load, and Security testing experience.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and processes, e.g. Scrum, Kanban.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
