**About the Opportunity**

Due to our ongoing success, Questas Group is seeking an experienced **Procurement Specialist - Category Management & Strategic Projects**to join our growing team in our brand-new modern office in Norwest.

This role will see you being responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories while driving the implementation of procurement initiatives and contributing to long-term strategic sourcing strategies.

You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring value creation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in procurement practices.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in procurement, with a focus on category management, strategic sourcing, and project implementation.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proven experience leading procurement initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
- Experience in change management and process improvement is highly desirable.
