Property Management Assistant

Are you a self-starter with a passion for property and an eye for detail? Arem Group is seeking a proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Director across a range of tasks within our dynamic and growing real estate agency.
Whether you're a student looking to gain hands-on experience or someone ready to dive into a rewarding real estate career, this could be the opportunity that sets you up for long-term success.
**About the Role**:
You'll be working directly with the Director, assisting with day-to-day operations across residential sales, property management, project marketing and client engagement. No two days are the same - expect variety, responsibility and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assisting with client communication and appointment scheduling
Attending property inspections and presentations
Preparing marketing and listing materials
Administrative and organisational support
Running errands and on-the-go tasks as required
**What We're Looking For**:
A current and valid Australian driver’s licence
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Responsible, reliable and professionally presented
A can-do attitude and love for varied tasks
Interest in property and a desire to build a career in real estate
Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends
