**About our Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our National Commercial Estimation Hub located at the northern end of the Gold Coast. The Project Support provides administration assistance to the project team as well as working closely with our customers who are contract administrators, site supervisors and managers, builders, developers, subcontractors and architects.

Keys tasks for this role:

- assist in the preparing of sales proposals, quotes, contracts and agreements
- interpret building plans (plan take off and specification review)
- coordinate product deliveries as per agreed construction timeframes
- hand customer inquiries, requests and issues troubleshooting issues by identifying root cause and creating innovative solutions
- generate sales reports

**About you**

We’re looking to leverage your experience in a sales support or similar project support role where you have had exposure to the building industry. You will be a well organised headstrong team player who enjoys working within a collaborative team, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

You will have:

- windows or building industry experience with exposure to plan takeoffs, advantageous
- past experience supporting a sales team, advantageous
- ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP and V6 software
