Manufacturing company in Preston seeking a well mannered, articulate and dependable individual who can provide support to our Executive and Management Team.

**Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Provide support to 3 Executive Managers/Directors
- Manage all incoming calls and ensure that detailed messages are forwarded to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Meet and greet visitors notifying the appropriate personnel of their arrival==
- Organising pick ups, deliveries and all associated tasks
- Invoicing and Purchasing
- Liaise with business partners
- Accounting and data entry
- Document Filing
- Working independently and manage sensitive and confidential information
- Other duties as directed by the Managers

**To be successful for this role, you must have**:

- An excellent phone manner
- Professional attitude and confidence when dealing with clients
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive and a good level of initiative and self-motivation
- A positive "can do" attitude, flexibility, initiative and strong work ethic are all essential
- Intermediate to high level of skills in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite

NOTE: Applicants with relevant office experience only will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prestons, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
